I have mastered the habit of going to gym daily. When I don’t go, I miss it and I feel agitated. I start making a habit to read God’s word daily and pray daily even in a small amount of time. I want to build this habit and ingrain it in me so that if I don’t do it, I will miss it. I want to know God and have a deeper relationship with him. I also want to build the habit of meditating on God’s words so my mind would fill with his words and not other things. I remind myself of building this habit by setting an alarm on my phone.
