About Us
Our mission is to assist the local church in training up the next generations of disciple makers like Jesus.
We seek to be a movement of Great Commission people who are glorifying God by building Christ’s church.
Who’s invited?
- College or post-college age.
- Actively worshiping God at your local church.
- Currently serving in ministry or wishing to serve.
- Having a genuine desire to learn and grow and serve better.
- Certified by your Pastor that you meet these criteria.
What Will You Get?
At this retreat, you will have opportunities to rest (RETREAT) with young workers and leaders from other churches, RETRIEVE the solid foundations of Jesus’ life, and be RETRAINED in Jesus’ ministry model.
How to Sign Up
1. The Church’s Pastor should contact VAY by 11/15/22 to let us know that a) your church is interested in participating and b) who will be the point of contact for all your participants from your church (the Church Rep)
2. We will update the registration form here so that the church members can register. The Point of Contact Person (the Church Rep) will be invited to work with us on the finer operational details of the Winter Retreat
3. When your church member registers on the form, an email will be sent to you, the pastor, for pastoral review and approval (using electronic signature or paper form)
4. The Point of Contact Person will be notified upon approval to coordinate room allocation and collect the registration fees for all participants and send it to VAY as ONE CHECK PER CHURCH 2 weeks before the camp (12/12/22) and to help us with administrative logistics

Jonathan Pitts
Main Speaker
Jonathan is the Regional Director of Sonlife Ministries overseeing the Southeast region of the USA. He is transforming the culture of ministry in North America, restoring it to the disciple-making heart of Jesus by equipping leaders in relational disciple-making according to the Son’s life. Jonathan comes alongside ministry leaders to invest in them and their ministries by training, coaching, and mentoring them to be disciple-makers, to build disciple-making ministries, and to begin disciple-making movements like Jesus.
